Based in the South East looking for a move as a Social Worker?

As a Child Protection Social Worker, you will play a crucial role in assessing and managing risk, developing care plans, and working closely with families to safeguard children. Your work will be vital in creating a safe and supportive environment for children at risk of harm.

What are the main responsibilities within this role?
- Conduct assessments to identify children at risk and develop appropriate safeguarding plans
- Work closely with families to provide comprehensive support
- Lead case conferences and coordinate multi-agency meetings
- Advocate for the rights and well-being of children and their families
- Maintain accurate and detailed records in compliance with legal and organizational standards
